Ergonomics as my guiding principle allowed me to transform the former cramped rooms to a huge space where family members can be together at any time in peace and harmony. I delineated the living room, dining room and kitchen with the shelves (set in the middle of the space) and the kitchen island. I also designed intimate nooks in some places, such as the reading nook and the picture gallery. In addition, I strived to make the garden an integral part of the family living space.

The Moroccan atmosphere is ensured by the colourful drapery and murals in the living room, and a wonderful pendant lamp at the entrance. However, this special atmosphere is mainly reflected in the richly decorated cladding of the bathroom and hallway. A unique room of the house is the conservatory, bringing the distant Morocco right in the middle of this cosy home.
